Spiral wound gasket:static sealing element of pipe ,valve, pump,thermal exchange,auto vent-pipe, flange hole and etc
1) Consists of "V-shape" (or "W-shape") metal tape and nonmetal tape, which are overlapped each other and wound continuously.
2) To fasten the metal tape, both its start point and end point are tack welded.
3) Types: a) R type: spiral winding only
b) IR type: spiral winding with inner ring
c) CG type: spiral winding with outer guide
d) CGI type: spiral winding with outer guide and inner ring.
